Feast World Kitchen
A New Chef, A New Culture—Every Day
Our nonprofit restaurant is open to the public, and it’s a great place to try authentic international cuisine! But it’s more than a restaurant. We offer multiple holistic programs to empower Spokane's Immigrant and former Refugee communities to develop skills, grow connections, share culture, and build flourishing lives in the U.S.
Making Spokane a more hospitable and delicious place to live.

Tin| Thailand
Chef Tin was born and raised in Burma until he was seven, later spending his childhood in a refugee camp along the Thailand border due to ongoing violence, conflict, oppression, and human rights abuses in his country. Chef Tin has a passion for cooking and has been working in kitchens since he was 14. With 25 years of experience, he’s always felt joy in seeing how his cooking brings smiles to people's faces! In 2013, Tin moved to the United States through UNHCR for a safer future. Now, as a father of three, he feels blessed to share his cooking with all of you, hoping to put smiles on your faces as well.
Sunday, December 7th
Tony| Lebanon
Chef Tony is back at Feast! Tony immigrated from Lebanon in 2020 and brought experience from his family's restaurant chain in Paris. He is currently getting his master's from Gonzaga in Data Science, but would love nothing more than to treat you to a flavor tingle. Try his tacos, fries, yogurt cool-down and desserts for an extra treat.
