Who We Are

Feast World Kitchen is a nonprofit restaurant, catering company, and food wholesaler in downtown Spokane, Washington. Our mission is to elevate and empower immigrants and former refugees as leaders, using international cuisine as a platform for economic resilience, holistic growth, and culture-sharing. As they share flavors from their original home cultures, the Chef Entrepreneurs in our programs learn career skills, earn the income from their food sales, and build community connections.

Every day we are open features a different International Chef Partner! We post the restaurant menu each Monday evening for the upcoming Wed-Sun rotation: scroll down to see this week's offerings (if it's Monday, you may not see them yet as we are working on it!) We love pre-orders, but walk-ins are welcomed too!

Our schedule:

Wed 11am-2pm, 4pm-7pm

Thurs 11am-2pm, 4pm-7pm

Fri 8am-11am coffee, 11-2pm lunch, 4pm-8pm dinner

Sat 11am-2pm, 4pm-8pm

Maria M Perez | Mexico

Maria (she more typically goes by Martha) grew up in Chihuahua City in North Central Mexico, and her cooking is inspired by the flavors of her childhood. Her other influence is the Southwest cuisine of New Mexico, where she spent time living in a town called Truth or Consequences! Now living in Spokane, she has worked in the restaurant industry, gaining experience in customer service. This has sparked her desire to develop a small business and become part of the culinary community!

FEAST

Making Spokane a more hospitable and delicious place to live.

Our vision is for all former refugees and immigrants to experience full belonging in the Spokane community and to have opportunities to build healthy, flourishing lives.

Feast World Kitchen is our flagship project as a caterer, restaurant, and community gathering space. We continue to build this ecosystem with additions such as practical support through Table Time, consistent presence in local schools, and our annual FeastFest cultural street party!
