NEW Partnership with Zola and Feast Graduates!
Our friends at Zola launched a Monday night chef residency series, which started this Monday, 1/13— and Feast Chef Program grads will be taking turns doing the cooking! Chef Michelle from Hong Kong and her husband Chef Sebastian are up first! They will be cooking six Mondays in a row at Zola, 4pm-close! Come on down after work to shake off the Mondays… or enjoy a great night for industry workers to have some foodie fun letting others cook/serve the food and bevs for them! As Feast Chef Partners continue to graduate from our programs, many of these entrepreneurs will continue popping up in Spokane via different small business ventures! Be sure to follow Michelle's restaurant @peekingduckrestaurant. Michelle said "Starting a new business is always challenging, I am grateful that the small businesses in Spokane can help each other out. It is also excellent that it can help the Spokane food scene become more diverse with more ethnic foods!”
